1. Introduction

Welcome to Automate Studio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at automatestudio.ie and any services we provide to you.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Automate Studio provides website design, development, and automation services for small businesses in Ireland.

All services are described in the project proposal or contract agreed upon before work begins. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

3. Quotes and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
• A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
• The remaining 50% is due before the website or project goes live.
• Irish VAT of 23% will be added where applicable.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business and requirements, supply all required content and access details in a timely manner, review and provide feedback within the agreed timeframe, and ensure you have the legal right to use any materials you provide to us.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content we create specifically for your project. We retain the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not transfer ownership of third-party tools, plugins, stock images, or software licences.

6. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is specified in your proposal or contract. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

7. Hosting and Domains

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for domain registration and renewal, website hosting fees, email hosting fees, and any third-party subscription costs related to your website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automate Studio's liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the project. We are not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by giving written notice. If you terminate before work begins, any deposit will be refunded minus costs already incurred. If you terminate after work has begun, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
